Okay Folks, I'm back to give this book a proper plug! I had the privilege of reviewing another of Susan's books here a few months ago. You may remember that it was the third in a series and I was on a mission to purchase the first two. Then, there was another opportunity to review another of her books--again, the third in a series--but I missed out. So I went out and bought the whole series myself and read all three within one week!!! So, the next time I was offered the chance to review yet another of her books--again, the third in a series!--I jumped at it! And you know what? This one became one of my favorite books of all time!

Each of the three series I have read so far have been written in a completely different style. Have you ever noticed that when you find an author that you love, and you read every.single.thing. they've written, that after awhile they become predictable? That just doesn't happen with Susan's books. Even within a series, I was delighted by surprise endings. But each series was so different, that I just didn't know what to expect.

The Mission: Russia series was very Tom Clancy meets Dee Henderson. The Noble Legacy series reminded me of some of my favorite Karen Kingsbury novels. This Josey series was like hanging out at some of my favorite blogs. It's written from Josey's standpoint as she keeps us updated on her day-to-day life as a wife, mom, and part-time missionary...in SIBERIA! Josey writes with humor and realness much like some of my favorite blogs. In fact when I first started reading it, I immediately thought, "This could be Fiddledeedee!" (Especially when she discusses the merits of chocolate for breakfast...and then lunch! To which I wholeheartedly agree, by the way. :))
