You were missing them, weren't you? I've really cut back on the cakes and cookies that I have been doing because of health and time restrictions, but when I was asked to do this one, I couldn't resist.
This one was for a baby girl's first birthday. Her parents tried and tried for years to have a baby before they finally had this precious little girl, so I was so honored to be asked to bake her very first birthday cake! 
Apparently, they call her "Ladybug", so they wanted a Ladybug cake. I think she came out absolutely adorable...quite fitting for an adorable baby girl!

Oh, I so love that! Is that fondant? I need to learn to work with that stuff. I actually have a cake to do next weekend. I haven't done one for awhile either.
